Quiet the mind with this meditative class. Flexibility consists of a kinesiology warm up and flows into core strengthening and finishes with a mild stretch.
STRENGTH & STRETCH
The first half of this class includes interval training of 45 seconds of high intensity interval training and 15 seconds of rest. The second half of class consists of a cool down followed by deep stretch.
Slow, controlled movement that will increase strength and flexibility while calming the mind.
