An energetic class that focuses on toning and defining muscles with the use of weights. Using lower weights and higher reps we will shock your muscle out of plateau and/or avoid plateauing.
This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. You will be doing calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength training methods through weight or body weight. This is a challenging class for all fitness levels.
